We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out to the wider group! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, sopleaseallow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey, and BackerKit will send you a new one:
If you need to modify your pledge in BackerKit or have any other issues, please click here to direct message us so that we can help! Always direct message our creator account here on Kickstarter. We can't perform customer service here in the comments section or on social media. :)
Surveys will remain open for about 30 days. Once locked, we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on items! :)

Surveys Being Tested!

Hi everyone,
We are pleased to announce that everything for the BackerKit survey setup is now in a good place. We have begun doing a "smoke test", which is where we send surveys to only a small group of backers to make sure there aren't any issues before sending them out to the larger group.
Assuming there are no hiccups or issues reported during the test, we plan on launching surveys to the wider group tomorrow or Wednesday.
We'll do an update when this happens, so stay tuned!

Hi everyone,
Good news - surveys are about to go into review by the BackerKit Support team. We expect the review to be completed by the end of this week, so that puts us on track to have surveys launch next week.

Hi everyone!
Lots to go over this month, so let's dive into it.
Survey Update
We are still aiming to have surveys launch in the coming weeks. Updated shipping pricing should be coming to us from our fulfillment company in the next week or two, and once we have it, we'll be all set. We'll do another update on surveys very soon, so hang tight for a bit longer.
Production Update
Work on getting the books ready for the printer is in full swing. Not a whole lot to share at the moment, but updates to come in the next few months.
